Refund policy

For hygienic reasons, all earring purchases are final sale, and are not returnable. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase, we will replace them (depending on the style of earrings) or issue you a refund for the price of the earrings.

Clay cutter sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations once the order is placed. If you receive cutters that have been damanged in transit or experience any issues within one week of use please reach out to us at lkalamets@gmail.com.
