Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING  TIMES

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All ready-to-ship items are typically shipped within 3 business days excluding weekends. However, during new product launches and the holiday season orders may take 5-7 business days to ship out. If your order includes a pre-order, all items will ship once the pre-order is completed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is being packaged up.

CLAY CUTTERS

All of our clay cutters are made to order and have a current 5 business day processing time excluding weekends (this is the time we allow to print and properly inspect your order prior to shipping). While we aim to get orders out much sooner than that, there are times during launches and sale periods where we may have a larger order count than usual.

SHIPPING TIMES

This is the time it typically takes your order to arrive once it is with the carrier. Estimated shipping times can be found during the checkout process. This does not include the time it takes to process your order once we receive it.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, we are more than happy to help you file a claim with the post office.
